Storyable is a small beta service. We have no phone line. Every address below is monitored, and sending your message to the right one is the fastest way to get an answer.
1. Before you write
If your question is about what is allowed on Storyable, our Content Policy probably answers it.
If it is about what we collect and how to have it deleted, see our Privacy Policy.
If it is a copyright takedown, use the process in our DMCA Policy — a notice missing its required elements cannot be acted on.
2. Support and account help
Sign-in problems, invite codes, credits, and anything that is not working the way this site says it should.
Tell us your account email and what you saw. For a bug, the time it happened and the page you were on help us find it in the logs.
3. Privacy and data requests
Access, correction, export, and deletion of your personal information, including requests under the CCPA/CPRA.
Write from the email address on your account if you can — it is how we verify that the request is yours.
4. Copyright notices
DMCA notices and counter-notifications, addressed to our designated agent.
Include every element listed in the DMCA Policy. We cannot act on an incomplete notice.
5. Reporting content
Prohibited content, harassment, impersonation, non-consensual imagery, and appeals against enforcement decisions.
Send the link, not the material. We prioritise reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, and threats.
6. Other legal matters
Questions about the Terms of Service, law enforcement requests, security vulnerability reports, and requests for a postal address for a formal filing.
7. Response times
We aim to acknowledge within 3 business days.
Privacy requests are completed within 30 days, or within 45 days where the CCPA applies, and we will tell you if we need the extension the statute allows.
Reports involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, or credible threats are handled ahead of everything else.
